Delivery times
Our deliveries are only made on business days. For major cities the approximate delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, for other municipalities up to 15 business days depending on the destination. Deliveries cannot be made at a specific time and must be sent to an address where they can be received at any time that the transport company is making delivery, such as home or office. On weekends and holidays, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to the schedules of the transport companies.
Delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure factors, as well as by the city in which you are located and the day and time at which you make the purchase.
